Fans will definitely remember these bad guys from Resident Evil Village, who gave people nightmares.
Resident Evil Village is one of the most terrifying and unique games in the series. The game throws players into a gothic terror by putting them in a deserted village in Eastern Europe. The characters in Resident Evil Village are really great, and they all reflect different kinds of horror. Donna Beneviento’s stories are about being afraid of dummies and dolls, while Salvatore Moreau’s are more in the style of Lovecraft.
Many of these people are very scary, and they often do it in their own way. But some personalities have made more of an impression on players than others. These are the people in Resident Evil Village who are the most scary.
Karl Heisenberg
Karl Heisenberg is a member of the Four Houses and works for Mother Miranda. He runs the Heisenberg Factory, which has a dark secret, and seems to be the most normal of the Four Lords. Heisenberg is very angry with Mother Miranda because she took him away, so he has been making a hidden army of reanimated corpses to fight her.
He also wants to use Rose against Mother Miranda as a tool, which Ethan doesn’t like. Even though Heisenberg doesn’t have the creepiest look in Resident Evil Village, he does have some dark goals that make him much more scary.
Salvatore Moreau
Salvatore lives in Moreau’s Reservoir and is one of the Four Lords of the Village. After being affected by the Cadou parasite, he went through a dramatic change that gave him a hunchback and growths that looked like tumors. His mutation also gave him skills like those of an aquatic creature, so he had to stay close to water to stay healthy. Since he is cut off from the rest of the village, he wants Mother Miranda’s support.
His obsession with Mother Miranda is very weird and, at times, kind of sad. So he could show her he was smart, he started doing experiments on the locals and accidentally turned them into Lycans. Salvatore is ugly, and the fact that he keeps throwing up doesn’t help his case. He is a very unpleasant person to be around in Resident Evil Village.
Mother Miranda

The main bad guy in Resident Evil Village is Mother Miranda. She takes Rose, Ethan Winters’ daughter, because she wants to use her as a body for her dead daughter, Eva. This is a very creepy reason. Mother Miranda is a very bad person because she kidnapped the Four Lords and used them in experiments for her own gain.
Even though these tests gave the Four Lords amazing new skills, she thought they were a failure and not good enough for her needs. Overall, Mother Miranda is a cold, smart person who has some creepy plans.
Lady Dimitrescu
The gaming community loves Lady Dimitrescu, and her character style is a big part of that. Dimitrescu first appeared in Resident Evil Village. He is 9 feet, 6 inches tall and looks scary. She is much taller than Ethan, which makes the player feel very small and helpless around her.
Not only that, but there are notes in the basement of her house that describe some of the strange things she has been doing. Lady Dimitrescu would often send her staff to her cells to be killed so that she could drink their blood. Lady Dimitrescu is a very scary figure, no matter how much her fans love her.
Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela
Lady Dimitrescu took in Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela as her own. All of the girls act like sadists because they seem to enjoy torturing and killing their victims.
Their bodies are made of flies, and they seem to be able to change between human and swarm forms without much trouble. Blood is their main source of food, and they seem to get a lot of pleasure from the idea of playing with another victim. The Dimitrescu sisters are creepy figures because they are covered in blood, have supernatural powers, and act in a disturbing way.
Donna Beneviento & Angie
Old toys are the creepiest things ever, but Donna Beneviento loves them. She usually shows up in Geometry Dash Subzero wearing black clothes that hide her face, and she often talks to other characters through her creepy doll, Angie. Mother Miranda gave Donna the Cadou parasite, which gave her the ability to release a chemical that changed her mind and could cause intense and violent dreams.
Beneviento torments Ethan Winters with dolls that look a lot like his dead wife, Mia, which makes him have these dreams. Donna Beneviento is without a question one of the most scary people in Resident Evil Village.
Varcolac
When the player first meets the Varcolac, it’s one of the scariest things that can happen in Resident Evil Village. The beast will sneak up on the player and attack Ethan violently until he just barely makes it into an old building.
With its huge, gaping mouth and piercing eyes, the Varcolac looks scary and strange, like an old, creepy doll. Once the players get the courage to leave the house they were trapped in, they will have to find a way to sneak past the beast or fight it head-on.
The Baby
Most people who play Resident Evil Village will remember their time in the Beneviento House very well, and the giant baby they will meet there is probably the reason why. This scary ghost will chase after players, making eerie sounds like gargling and laughing while it does so.
If the player doesn’t have any tools, they have to hide from this monster unless they want to be eaten by its huge mouth. The baby is without a question the creepiest character in Resident Evil Village. It gives many players bad dreams.
